MILWAUKEE Narváez recreates the style of mid-century American diners, highlighted by its classic Formica bar and leather seats with chrome bases. The vintage globe lighting, mosaic walls, terrazzo floor and natural stone accents create an authentic and welcoming atmosphere. Its cinematic aesthetic, reminiscent of a Tarantino scene, has made it a favorite of film and television producers in Spain, being the perfect setting for both a casual meal and a private event.

MILWAUKEE Narváez speakeasy evokes mid-20th-century design with its curved wooden bar, stone walls and tufted leather seating. Space Availability
Is the date we want for our event available?
Once you submit your RFP, we will check the space's booking calendar and confirm date availability.
Are there multiple events taking place on the same day?
The space has several spaces, allowing multiple events to be held simultaneously in independent areas.
Reservations & Contracts
How far in advance should we reserve the space?
For smaller gatherings of 25 people or less, availability is generally available 2-3 months in advance. For larger celebrations, booking 6-12 months in advance is recommended.
What is the booking process and how do we secure a date?
Request a proposal from our team and you will receive a response in less than 24 hours.
Can we reserve a date while we make a decision?
We believe that finding the perfect venue shouldn't mean missing out on the perfect date. At MILWAUKEE, you can save the date with no deposit or commitment.
Prices & Packages
How many guests can the space accommodate?
The space has a maximum capacity of 95 guests, depending on the event configuration.
Are there different packages available?
Food and beverage package options will be presented along with the proposal.
What additional costs should we consider?
Possible additional charges include service, processing and administration fees.
What is the payment schedule?
You can reserve and hold the date without payment or commitment for up to 30 days. Once the reservation is confirmed, a 50% deposit is required, and the remaining balance must be paid no later than 1 week before the event.

We have several spaces adapted to the size of your celebration.
Do you offer catering or can we bring our own?
With two separate full-service kitchens, MILWAUKEE handles food and beverage for all events.
Available Services
Do you have in-house event coordinators or planners?
MILWAUKEE does not offer an in-house event coordinator and requests that weddings or events with more than 75 guests have a designated coordinator.
What audio and video equipment is available?
A list of available equipment or rental options will be provided based on the space booked.
Policies & Logistics
What is your alcohol policy?
MILWAUKEE handles all beverage service on site. Use of outside vendors is not permitted.
Are there any restrictions on decoration?
Specific decoration requests are welcome and will be subject to approval.
What is the venue's cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. However, events may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 30 days prior to the reserved date at no additional cost.
Staff & Support
Will there be a space manager present during the event?
Yes, there will be a venue manager or coordinator on site on the day of the event.
Will we have a designated contact for our event?
Yes, a point of contact will be assigned for specific queries or assistance during event planning.
Can we hire additional staff or bring in our own suppliers?
All staff is provided by MILWAUKEE. Outside entertainment or vendors are subject to prior approval.

Depending on the characteristics of the event, tasting sessions can be scheduled.

Depending on the event, a cake cutting fee may apply. We also offer dessert options to complement the experience.

Is there a sound system, microphones and projectors?
Availability of speakers, microphones and projectors varies by space booked.
Are there any restrictions on music or entertainment?
Music and entertainment options are subject to venue approval.

Is there parking on site or nearby?
Street parking is available. Valet parking can be arranged separately.
Do you have accessibility for people with disabilities?
Yes, our space complies with accessibility regulations with adapted bathrooms.
Is it close to the airport or public transportation?
MILWAUKEE Narváez is centrally located with easy access to public transportation.
Decoration & Assembly
Can we bring our own decorations? Are there any restrictions?
Decorating plans are welcome but are subject to venue approval.
Is equipment provided for assembly and disassembly?
MILWAUKEE does not offer a dedicated set-up and take-down team as part of its standard services. The event organizer or its designated vendors are responsible for the setup and removal of decorations, equipment, and any other event-related items.

MILWAUKEE Narváez is centrally located with multiple accommodation options in the surrounding area.
Do you have agreements with nearby hotels?
Our recommended option is the Novotel Madrid Center, located 5 minutes walk away

Are there any restrictions for photographers?
There are no restrictions on photography, but we do require permission to use images.
Do you have a list of recommended photographers or videographers?
MILWAUKEE can provide a list of recommended photographers.
Pets
Can pets be at the event?
Yes, we understand that pets are part of the family and are welcome on your special day, as long as they are well-behaved and polite. Whether you want your furry friend to participate or be present during the event, we are open to accommodating. We recommend coordinating details in advance to ensure a comfortable and smooth experience for everyone.
